T-M Rotary welcomed Andrew Sandler, the new EMS Coordinator for Columbia-St. Mary's Hospital.  He was a combat and flight medic in the Army which involved a tour in Iraq.  
 
In his new role, he is responsible for the implementation of the new EMD dispatch system that went live with Cedarburg and Mequon on June 21st of this year.   With the new system in place, the dispatcher can provide assistance over the phone, giving directions to the caller to start CPR in the case of a heart attack, while at the same time dispatching proper emergency personnel .  Software will track where landline calls originate.
