Mimi's Steak Rub
Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 t garlic salt
- 3T Dijon Mustard
- 3T Lemon juice
- 1T Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Season with salt and pepper a 1 to 1-1/2 pound flank steak. Set aside.
- Mix together well above ingredients. Pour over flank steak ( I do this in zip lock bag)
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or ideally overnight.
- Place on a hot grill and grill 6-8 minutes a side for medium rare.

Jiffy “Corn Casserole”
Ingredients
8 tablespoons melted margarine
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
- 1 package “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix
Directions
- Heat oven to 375℉. Grease a 1½- or 2-quart casserole dish.
- In a greased casserole dish, add margarine and corn. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs together and stir into the casserole dish along with corn muffin mix. Blend thoroughly.
- Bake for about 35 minutes.
- Serve hot with butter.
