Mimi's Steak Rub
Marinated Flank Steak
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 t garlic salt
  • 3T Dijon Mustard
  • 3T Lemon juice
  • 1T Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
  1. Season with salt and pepper a 1 to 1-1/2 pound flank steak.  Set aside.
  2. Mix together well above ingredients.  Pour over flank steak ( I do this in zip lock bag)
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or ideally overnight.
  4. Place on a hot grill and grill 6-8 minutes a side for medium rare.
  5. Enjoy!

Jiffy “Corn Casserole”
 
Ingredients 
  • 8 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375℉. Grease a 1½- or 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. In a greased casserole dish, add margarine and corn. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs together and stir into the casserole dish along with corn muffin mix. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with butter.
