This was a huge undertaking for Flory and all of her helpers and medical colleagues, as you all can understand. It is something they had never done before. It is a huge step forward for health care for the people that we and they are serving. I am so grateful that it went well, and they are all inspired by what occurred this past weekend.
I'm thinking these pictures should certainly build excitement for our team to start planning a January 2023 trip, if everything continues to improve as it has been!
I have to say, one of our patients went to a hospital this weekend for an operation that she had been waiting for over a year and couldn't have it because she tested positive for covid. She was totally asymptomatic-and very disappointed.
There are also patient stories to tell you, and there will be more pages coming, but I wanted to get this much out for you to start seeing how it went.
