With 30+ years in the recreation industry, Melinda has led hundreds of creative, user-focused projects worldwide. She’s known for prioritizing play value, inclusivity, and community equity, designing spaces that inspire imagination and meaningful interaction for all ages. A recognized thought leader, Melinda has presented nationally and regionally on inclusive play, including sessions for the National Recreation and Park Association, The Play Coalition, and various state conferences. As Regional Sales Manager for the Central Territory, she partners with and supports a network of dedicated representatives—providing guidance, resources, and strategic insight to help them grow relationships, exceed goals, and deliver exceptional results for their communities.
 
Jill Moore Inclusive Play Specialist and Employee Owner for Landscape Structures:
Jill Moore works with the Landscape Structures team to aid in adding user voice within product development and deliver accredited educational courses across the country. Jill has a specific focus on best design practices for multi-generational spaces, inclusive play environments, and universal design principles. During her lifetime, she has represented Team USA in wheelchair racing, swimming, and basketball on multiple occasions. Through her own lived experience, Jill shares how truly formative play is for all.
 
Meghan Barrett, Consultant, CPSI:
With a strong background in a variety of settings supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including camp, adapted sports, and more, Meghan brings another great perspective on inclusivity and a passion to promote play in the most inclusive, safe, and imaginative way. Meghan is excited to meet her customers at their locations while being approachable and responsive to the needs of the community. She has strong and creative problem-solving skills that enable everyone to work through complex situations. She is motivated by the ability to help her customers create play spaces that users can access and enjoy over and over.
