- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 small cucumber, chopped

- 2 green onions, sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Romaine or butter lettuce leaves (for wraps)
Zesty Yogurt Sauce:
- Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
- Pinch of salt

- In a bowl, mash half of the chickpeas with a fork for texture. Add avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, green onion, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Scoop chickpea mixture into lettuce leaves, drizzle with yogurt sauce, and serve immediately.
